Launchpad COO for solo founders and small teams
A launch team for one founder.
Three months of experienced operators working alongside you, from first supplier to first order and the investor conversation that comes with it.

Why it matters with a small team
A visionary founder plus the right operators is a much better bet.
Most founders have a strong product idea and one person who handles the money, but nobody who has run a launch before. Add experienced operators beside them and the odds of getting to a first order, and past it, improve a lot. Think of it as: a founder with a year of CPG experience, a finance person with a year of experience, plus us.
Someone to call
When a supplier or plant goes quiet, you talk to Glenn or Liz, not a directory and a search bar.
Decisions checked before cash
Plant, supplier and packaging choices are vetted before you commit the money.
Money you can explain
A cash plan with plant deposits and retailer terms, often 30 to 60 days, plus the numbers investors will ask for.
Selling it, not just making it
We have built brands too.
Liz founded BumbleBar in 1995, and Glenn joined a year later. BumbleBar was made at Clean Copack, our co-packing plant, which scaled to over a million bars a month. We also work with marketing contacts and direct-to-consumer sales specialists, so when your plan needs more than production help, we can advise on other selling strategies.
