At Snackteva, we help natural food brands scale smarter. We’re a team of seasoned operators who have built, certified, and run our own SQF-audited copacking facilities, developed leading protein bar and snack brands, and guided dozens of companies through the challenges of growth.

It started with a vision to combine healthy food with social and environmental activism into one great-tasting snack. From there, we wanted to make it possible for others to do the same. Snackteva was born from our love of and commitment to creating better food and doing the right thing for people and the planet.

Glenn Ward is a strategist, systems thinker, and certified SQF Practitioner who has spent nearly three decades helping natural food brands scale responsibly. He brings a rare combination of executive insight and operational fluency, guiding founders and leadership teams to build the strategy, systems, and structure needed for sustainable growth.

As cofounder of BumbleBar, Glenn helped pioneer the clean-label snack and protein bar movement, building one of the first certified organic and sustainably-minded bar brands in the United States. He later co-founded and led CleanCopack, a certified organic and SQF-audited copacker that helped dozens of natural food brands expand from small-batch production to national distribution. Under his leadership, CleanCopack became known for values-driven manufacturing rooted in safety, consistency, and transparency.

Glenn views food safety and SQF systems as more than compliance; they’re the foundation for operational excellence. He has built and audited programs covering HACCP, traceability, and risk management, helping companies align their mission with measurable results.

At Snackteva, Glenn partners with well-funded founders and growth-stage companies to design strategies that integrate finance, operations, and brand positioning.
